Welcome to The West Wing forum! Here are some links that might interest you:

The West Wing site is now live! As is the new forum, as you can see.

My review of the pilot is here:

http://criticallytouched.com/westwing/1x01_pilot.php

It is so cool to be reviewing another show for this awesome site. Especially one that wasn't, you know, cancelled right off the bat.

I know it's a kind of cliched and childish thing to do, but ... FIRST!

Uh, now I've got that over with, I just want to say I really enjoyed reading your first review and good luck with the rest of the series.

And here I just thought "First" was something people just wrote in the comments to the reviews themselves.

Oh, well. Horizons deserve to be broadened.

Thanks!

My review of "Post Hoc, Ergo Propter Hoc" has been published!

Due to some recent site upgrades, news-posts are now automatically created each time a new review is published. This, unfortunately, means that I can no longer use the opportunity to make puns out of the post titles.

So I just want you all to know that if I were able to make a title for the post on the main page, it would be "Post Review, Ergo Read Review".

That is all.

To steal a page from Alan Sepinwall: A review of "A Proportional Response" coming up just as soon as I dock somebody's damn allowance...

I don't think you're allowed to do that.

Sepinwall's going to come after you, man. I'd hide.

Oh, I'm sure he'll throw me a bone. I did say his Freaks and Geeks reviews are the second-best on the Internet, after all.

A review of "Five Votes Down" coming up just as soon as I seriously think about getting a dog...

I regret to inform you all that Jeremy's West Wing reviews have been put on an indefinite hiatus until the pile of plagiarism/copyright infringement lawsuits have been sorted out... or until we find Jeremy. Whichever comes first.

Hi, guys. I'm back. I had a good, long discussion, during which Alan politely convinced me to stop copying his style.

Also, after listening to his reasonable and well-thought-out arguments, I have decided of my own free will that Alan's Freaks and Geeks reviews are better than mine.

Here's my take on "Mr. Willis of Ohio".

Ow, my head...

You are flying through these reviews, Jeremy. Are you dedicating like 3 hours a day to this or something?

By the way I'm hoping to start watching the show soon. I'm not spoilerphobic, so I'll probably read and comment as I'm going through the first time, just because you probably would like the comments.

And it seems like we now know how Sepinwall managed to break his ankle recently.

I actually wrote the first handful of reviews before the site even went live. Plus, I've had a pretty easy schedule these last few weeks, and can devote lots of time to writing. That said, college is starting again soon, so I may need to start leveling the reviews off to one per week in the near future.

I'm always glad to have new readers. Keep in mind, though, that my reviews are specifically designed for people who have seen the whole series. They're not so much spoiler-y (although there is some of that) as they are contemplative on the series as a whole and how each episode fits into its designated season.

You're all invited to "The State Dinner"! I didn't have a lot to say about this one, but it will seem longer if you try reading it in Portuguese and Batak.

We talk about "Enemies" more than we used to.

...Because I've just reviewed it! Heyo!

Seeing Bartlet talk to Edward James Olmos is pretty cool.

But seeing him talk to Mary McDonnell would've been even cooler.

"The Short List" is now reviewed.
